Once we’ve designed the right system for your facility, we’ll take care of the installation too.
That might be a straightforward studio sound system or a larger project involving audio, projection, displays, lighting and control. Where we’re working as part of a refurbishment or new development, we’ll coordinate with your contractors and other trades to make sure everything comes together as it should.
Once installed, we’ll commission the system around the way the space will actually be used. That means setting up the sound, microphones, displays, lighting and controls properly rather than simply installing the equipment and walking away.
And before we leave, we’ll make sure the people using it know how it works.
Service and maintenance
Fitness audio and visual equipment gets worked hard. Microphones get sweated on, controls get adjusted, cables get pulled and equipment that has worked perfectly for years can eventually develop a fault.
If something isn’t behaving as it should, we’ll start by understanding what’s actually happening rather than simply assuming something needs replacing.
Often a conversation will point us in the right direction. Where a visit is needed, we’ll inspect and test the system, identify the cause and, wherever practical, get it working again there and then.
If something does need repairing or replacing, we’ll explain what we’ve found and the sensible options available. And if the equipment you’ve already got is still perfectly serviceable, we’ll tell you that too.
